Pursuant to art. 13-14 of the EU Regulation GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and in relation to the information that will come into possession, the processing of personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and of your rights.
This information refers to those who interact with the web services of the www.elleerre.it site (it is not valid for other sites that can be consulted via links).
For the purposes of the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you as follows:

  1. Data collected and purposes of the processing

The data you provide will be used for the purpose and for the purpose of:

    • The personal data (name, surname, telephone, email address) collected in the information request form will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service (receipt of a response to the request made by e-mail), only for the time necessary for the supply of it.     • The navigation data automatically detected by the various software procedures and / or IT systems necessary for the functioning of the site (IP, domain name, browser type, date and time of visit, etc.) are collected in an exclusively aggregated and anonymous form (none of this information is related to the natural person and do not allow identification in any way) in order to allow the site to function properly (log logs, spam filters, firewalls etc.)
    • Personal data sent voluntarily by e-mail to the addresses listed on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.     The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1.1 is mandatory for the fields identified as “mandatory” to allow the requested activity to be carried out, failure to provide it does not allow it to be carried out correctly. For data that are not identified as “mandatory”, the provision is optional and any refusal does not preclude the performance of the requested activity.
  • Communication and dissemination of data
    The data provided will not be disclosed to third parties.
  • Rights of the interested party
    At any time, you can exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:

    • right of access: right to be informed and to request access to the data processed;
    • right of rectification: right to request modification or updating of data in case of inaccuracy or incompleteness;
    • right of cancellation: right to ask to permanently cancel the data;
    • right of limitation: the right to ask to stop data processing;
    • right to object: right to object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
    • right to data portability: the right to request a copy of one’s data in a commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance;
    • right not to be subject to an automated decision-making process: the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on an automated decision-making process, including in the matter of profiling.

You can exercise your rights with a written request sent to the Data Controller, to the postal address of the registered office or to the email address indicated in point 6.
